Cheddar Bacon Potato Soup



4 medium sized potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked, crumbled bacon
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 4 hrs. Stir occasionally. Serve with rolls or  in a bread bowl.
